No, our company and staff reside in Cincinnati, Ohio and the surrounding Tri-State area.
How will I communicate with your office?
Our office is staffed Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 4:30 pm EST with a local number available. You will be provided a list of contacts within our office to call for a particular issue. For emergent needs, a manager is on call weekends and evenings. We follow up with your office on a quarterly basis to provide an opportunity for your feedback.
How do you handle document distribution?
Transcripts are delivered via HealthBridge to provide immediate access to patient information, essential to the continuity of care.
A direct interface with Corporate Transcription Services and HealthBridge elevates the timeliness and quality of patient care for physicians and health care providers. This interface allows you to deliver real-time reports to your referring providers in a way most compatible with their needs.
At no extra charge, HealthBridge will route our reports to Clinical Messaging providers, fax recipients and EMR providers that have a HealthBridge interface. That means no additional work on your part. Not only does it free up staff time, it also adds tremendous value to those referring providers who access EMR.
Are consultation services available to review my dictation/transcription workflow?
We will do an initial review of your needs to determine how we may best support your documentation processes. We may even be able to reduce your transcription costs through utilization of various tools within our system. |
